Natasha is a seasoned executive and innovation thought leader with a passion for helping businesses succeed in the tech-AI era.
Natasha is a 3x founder, serving as the CEO at Envisify Global Intelligence, a cloud-based cultural intelligence AI SaaS platform, and in the past decade, she co-founded two other award-winning companies, Nativa Inc. and O.Y.E. Business Intelligence. In addition, she works as a consultant helping companies understand and how to use cutting-edge technology to analyze consumer behavior and culture. Most recently she consulted for Sheetz, Inc. an American chain of convenience stores aiming to help meet the needs of the company’s customers in the 2030s and Altria one of the world's largest producers and marketers of tobacco developing digital strategies tobacco leaf-free nicotine products in compliance with the FDA.
Natasha has a track record leading multilingual digital strategies for several Fortune 500 companies like Big Lots, MassMutual, Castrol Motor Oil, FOX, P&G, and federal agencies including the CDC, the Air Force, and the Ohio National Guard. Natasha is often invited to speak at Universities, conferences and summits to discuss culture transformation, brand innovation using AI, and the impact of demographic shifts in corporate america.
Natasha is an active participant in the local innovation ecosystem associated with economic growth serving as a Mentor-in-Residence at Denison University School of Business; a cultural competency facilitator with the Columbus Council of World Affairs and a mentor at the The Women's Center for Economic Opportunity.
Natasha holds Top Security Clearance with the DoD.
